Gingerbread Peeps

Just a little tip for those of you who may find rolling and cutting gingerbread dough for cookies or houses a challenge: Roll out the dough right there on the cookie sheet. Cut out the house pieces or people shapes. Then peel away the extra dough and there you have it! No more squished arms or house pieces that don't fit together right from being moved from the cutting surface to the baking sheet. It's as easy as that!
